The products of Liyuan are spearheaded in design by Professor Liang Xinyuan, a senior engineer and chief editor of the “12th Five-Year Plan” textbook for higher education in China. The company’s flagship product—the specialized cold-extrusion forming machine—holds a dominant position in China’s cold-extrusion industry. Cold-extrusion technology has become an essential technological tool for automotive and motorcycle manufacturers as well as parts-processing enterprises to sustain their development and expand into new markets. The level of cold-extrusion forming technology in a country serves as an important indicator and reflection of that country’s automotive industry—and indeed, its overall industrial modernization level. For each new product development, Liyuan deploys a dedicated project team that provides comprehensive management across all stages, from product design and production manufacturing to quality control and delivery and transportation.

By leveraging the latest testing equipment and a variety of quality management tools, we are fully committed to eliminating product quality risks and delivering high-quality products to our customers. Liyuan has successfully obtained ISO quality system certification as well as compliance with the 6S management standards. Liyuan’s products have received strong support and high recognition from the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the Intellectual Property Bureau, and other authorities. Numerous television media outlets—including Dongguan TV, Guangdong Satellite TV, Southern TV, Guangdong News, Chongqing Satellite TV, Chongqing Daily, and Dongguan Economic Magazine—have conducted interviews and produced special reports on our company.
